Project Management

As an increasing number of companies move to project team-based business models, demand for project managers has grown exponentially. PDI’s Project Management Certificate Program introduces students to the project management field and provides a foundation for successfully planning, monitoring, measuring and adapting a project from start to finish.

The program is designed for professionals in industries such as construction, IT development, manufacturing and consulting. Participants are provided with the content knowledge and organizational skills in project management methodologies that are critical in business environments.

Participants will develop an in-depth knowledge base of the Project Management Institute's (PMI)® ten A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) areas and activities associated with each of the stages of the project management lifecycle.

Additionally, PDI’s Project Management Certificate Program helps prepare students for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examinations, as well as Agile project certifications.

PDI is the first Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® in Iraq.
