AUIS issues ID cards to alumni within a month of graduation.These IDs allow alumni to return to campus and participate in campus events while addressing AUIS’s security needs. This policy applies to MBA alumni as well as undergraduate alumni.
Alumni ID Issuance and Replacement:
AUIS issues an ID to all Alumni upon their request. You can obtain your ID and pay for it at the Career Services Office. A regular Alumni ID fee is $10.
All alumni beginning with the class of December 2014 will have to hand in their student ID to receive their Alumni ID.
The Alumni ID is valid for a period of two years from date of issue. After which, alumni should return the expired ID to obtain a new one. Regular alumni ID fee applies.
An alumnus who wants an Alumni ID replaced due to regular wear will be charged regular fee if he or she hands in the old ID. A fee of $25 however, will apply if the ID has been lost or broken and the alumnus requires a new one.
Alumni ID Access
The Alumni ID allows alumni to enter the AUIS campus during university operating hours and special events. To enter, alumni must present their Alumni ID as well as an additional photo ID.
The Alumni ID does not allow alumni to:
- Stay overnight in the student dorms.
- Park their cars on campus.
- Bring prohibited items onto campus.
- Bring family members to campus without prior authorization.
Alumni Parking Permit Issuance and Replacement:
AUIS issues a Parking Permit to all Alumni upon their request. A regular Parking Permit fee is $20.
The Alumni Parking Permit is valid for a period of two years from October of issuing year to September of two years after. After which, alumni should return the expired Parking Permit to obtain a new one. Regular fee applies.
The Facilities office will print Parking Permits for the alumni upon their request. Alumni Parking Permit does not replace or substitute the Alumni ID. To drive onto campus, alumni need to present their Alumni ID, photo ID, and Parking Permit.
Parking Permit should be displayed clearly at all times while vehicle is on campus. Parking Permits do not allow overnight stay for vehicles.
