Dr. Surtaj received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005. He has years of experience in both research and teaching, and has supervised multiple graduate students at all levels. He is currently part of the Medical Laboratory Science Department at AUIS, which he joined in 2021.
